THE SITUATION

Free terrestrial TV has been losing its popularity as more audiences are being drawn towards online entertainment. After its application for domestic free television program service license was rejected, HKTV decided to change their focus to provide high quality online entertainment to the Hong Kong community. Determined, HKTV re-engineered its business model to create HKTV Mall, a one-stop TV entertainment and shopping online platform.
