•Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong (LPCUWU) is an international school with students from over 80 countries. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic,the first virtual graduation ceremony was held by LPCUWU. By overcoming geographical and venue restrictions,it allowed graduates from all over the world participating in the graduate ceremony anywhere. With the integration of Zoom video conference tool, graduates could join the ceremony to share their feelings

•Provided stable, seamless and broadcast-grade live streaming service for four consecutive years 

•Played pre-recorded videos to incorporate in the event rundown with video conference functions and live streaming to broadcast and cheer up graduates and parents, experiencing a special graduation ceremony

OVERVIEW

Affected by the COVID-19, graduates were unable to attend the physical graduation ceremony. In order to conduct the graduation ceremony as usual, Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong (LPCUWU) decided to hold the virtual graduation ceremony. TFI was entrusted by LPCUWU to provide professional live broadcast services for graduation ceremonies for four consecutive years. By broadcasting the live streaming at the College’s website through HERMES Live video solution, audience could enjoy the ceremony in real-time with different digital devices.
